Kansas City based Tom Pender was
the guitarist / arranger for the NFL Kansas City Chiefs TD Pack Band for eleven years. He performs regularly as
a soloist, with The Boulevard Band and also is the leader of the Tom Penderblast Trio.
In addition, Tom has performed in various shows including It Ain’t Nothin’ But The Blues
and Eubie along with many jazz and r n’ b groups including Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, O.C. Smith and Claude Fiddler
Williams. Tom has recently been published in Fingerstyle Guitar magazine with his composition
Penderblast Blues.

Tom is currently available for shows lectures and lessons.
Tom served as faculty at Longview Community College for 22 years and still lectures and
teaches privately.
